NPC is not spawned in to start this particular quest in Dornogal.

I came here to report the same thing. One of the prerequisites for this quest is completing the Hallowfall campaign, which I have done on my main. My Warband has unlocked Adventure Mode.
I’m doing Sojourner of Isle of Dorn on an alt to level it. I should be benefiting from my warband’s progress here, as advertised, but I’m missing:
- A Concerned Friend
- How Scandalous!
Both are available on the character I have finished the main campaign with.

Same. The quest icon shows on the world map, but isn’t present. I have already fully completed the story, and all hallowfall quests (I’m only 2 quests away from Loremaster and this is one of them)

Look for him near the bank / guild vault / AH.
Around /way 51, 46.
Must be lvl 80. His name is Val Thalvassa, a lamplighter.

- A Concerned Friend
- Lost Pieces
- Crowdsourcing
- Light’s Gambit
I have completed all campaigns, and even used a guide to make sure everything up to this point is done. This quest/NPC does not exist where they’re supposed to be.
This is definitely bugged. I’ve reloaded multiple times, and spent hours making sure I completed everything to make this quest show up.
This is preventing me from completing the expansion.

I’m having the same issue. Can’t do any of the quests for this quest line. I can’t find Val anywhere. I found Great Kyron but he has no quest for me and then the third part is supposed to be with Anduin but he’s not where he’s supposed to be.

Much time has passed and the same issue. I see no quest icon on the map and no quest giver.
Oct. 29th and still no update. Same issue here.
