Unable to Send A Support Ticket For Help

I have been trying and failing to send a support ticket for help with this matter. The site always comes up as an error on the Blizzard site’s end. I sent my phone number and didn’t receive a call. I’ve attempted live chat and no chats appear despite my making sure popup windows are allowed. I hope I can get someone’s attention on this forum. And that someone could help.

My problem is…
When I log on to one of my toons the toon will load but the NPCS do not load and I see no other players. All my other toons, on the same server, work with no issues. The problem is specifically with this one Toon. I have done many things to try and fix this. I’ve gone as far as uninstalling and reinstalling the game. I’ve repaired all the files a few times. I’m very frustrated and was hoping support could help since I want to continue to play on this toon. The toon is a blood elf named “Tarenah” and I am on the US Skywall Server. Thank you for your time.

If this is only affecting a single character then it’s probably not a connection issue. There may be an odd status affect or phasing issue with your character. If you leave the area you’re in, do you still not see others?

Try letting your character die and then revive them (fall off a cliff or drown them if there are no enemies). Reviving after death will clear most odd effects that could get stuck on your character. Entering a Battleground does the same thing if you’d prefer to try that.

I did travel to Dalaran using my Dalaran stone There was no one there either no toons, no NPCS, all blank. I died and came back same issue.
still no NPCS.
