This is my first foray into a delve after the patch and I am unable to sell items to the “repair vendor.” If this is unintentional, please fix it. If it’s intentional, return it to how it was. We get a lot of trash to sell in delves and gold is gold. Not all of us play the auction house. Can you please fix this issue?

It’s a repair vendor not a trash vendor. The purpose is to be able to repair your gear if you get smoked a bunch of times. Go sell the junk to any other vendor lol
99.9% of repair vendors also buy junk or non-junk from players. This one did too, until this patch drop, and there would be no gameplay reason for it as a deliberate change.

no it didn’t. i haven’t been able to sell anything to the delve repair ‘vendor’ once this expansion.

not sure what to say. maybe my game has been bugged since launch. i’ve never been able to. i use an addon that auto-sells junk items, so i’ve gotten that error message every time i open the repair vendor.

Sounds like an add-on issue then? Try without the add-on.
i wasn’t able to do it manually either. i’d test it now but since it’s apparently a new bug, that won’t help narrow it down. weird stuff!

Same issue, would very much like to have that functionality back.
And as a note, it still has the buyback tab - the vendors that are repair only tend to not have that.

All vendors have a buyback tab as you can buyback from any merchant, including ones you did not (or even cannot) sell the item to.
Also, are you guys really trying to rationalize not being able to sell items to the box of supplies as a bug?

Your argument will be valid as soon as you can rationalize a box of supplies as a repair NPC.
At least I know that in real life, I can put unwanted junk into a box, and some of those boxes are even capable of dispensing payment. But “put broken thing into unattended box, take out fixed thing” never happens IRL. So which function is less rational?

In a delve now, can’t sell junk tonight. Definitely could before. I ran into this issue yesterday as well.

So why are we paying a box of supplies when it obviously must be our own effort that’s repairing on gear.
This is such a weird hill to die on, previously you could, now you can’t. Why make this change when it detracts from players ability to enjoy the game?

Wow, you sound pleasant. Why don’t you keep your nasty opinions to yourself? It has the OPTION to sell trash, and it HAS been able to sell trash since the game came out, so please, troll elsewhere.
On a side note, spawn points have also been affected.

It was as far as I’m concerned. You had zero useful commentary. It’s a valid topic and should warrant a reply or a fix. “Respawn point” that doesn’t allow you to respawn is kind of broken.
Just because you don’t find it useful as I disagree with you doesn’t negate it’s usefulness to others or otherwise make it a troll post
It allows you to respawn and recover just fine (assuming you didnt wipe to a pack defending it, which isnt at discussion here). What it doesn’t allow you to do is offload items. The functionality and current lack thereof being a bug is debatable. It’s completely possible that the loss of functionality is a bug. It’s also possible that functionality itself was a bug that was fixed with the patch, in which case the feedback will be better served elsewhere.
Either this just got hotfixed or it’s not all delves. I couldn’t sell trash in the Spiral Weave but now I’m in Krigval’s Rest and I can vendor trash again.
