Pact selected, the only WQs available to me are the Sky Race and Pet Battle. Tried re-log, disable add ons, the usual…still nothing.
same the weekly reset on some of the characters is messed up… almost all my weekly quests didn’t reset.
this has been happening to me last week and this week as well.
I had the General the 1st week and did the content including opening the world quests in Rak-Ush. There were various world quests that week.
Last week i was forced to take the General again because the other 2 pacts were not available on my main or alts. Last week there was almost no content except for dragon racing and pet battle world quests. i had to wander around looking for Rumors and Forbidden Shrines (RNG spawns) to even get the weekly done last week.
This week i was able to pick another pact, but there was only one world quest (dragon racing) to unlock Special Assignments: Bombs From Behind. Still need 2 more world quests and again nothing else available so far this week. once again i had to look for rumors, rares and the forbidden things to get to 100%. BTW the rares in this zone don’t even come close to the spawns in other zones.
seems like with the weekly reset and special assignment event. there should be world quests.

WQ spawning in Azj-Kahet seems to be really off-cycle from the rest.
I just checked on a level 70 alt. there are 6 world quests available in Azj-Kahet , but the special assignment is for level 80.
Same issue here on another lvl 80
Had this issue s well. But as soon as I went and selected my pact quest they showed up.
I’ve chosen my pact and I still don’t see world quests on my main other than a race. Logged onto an alt and that toon could see the world quests there. For sure bugged
