Unable to see the approaching class order hall NPC

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to seek assistance regarding an issue I am experiencing with the Legion class hall starting quest. According to the Blizzard support website, the 11.0 intro quest implemented in 10.2.7, “The Harbinger,” sets Legion Dalaran to a distinct phase. It mentions that if one is unable to see the approaching class order hall NPC, completing the entire storyline for “The Harbinger” is necessary.

Unfortunately, I accidentally deleted this quest. With the new intro quest of 11.0, I am now unable to obtain “The Harbinger” quest again. As a result, I am unable to complete the quest line and cannot see the approaching class order hall NPC. This situation has left me unable to progress, I do think this is a bug and I am seeking your assistance in resolving this issue.

I would be grateful if you could look into this matter and provide a solution. Thank you very much for your time and attention to this issue.

The Harbinger quest should be on an NPC in your capital city. I did the same thing and found it in Orgrimmar - grab it, complete it fully, and when done and you return to Dalaran, it should spawn the NPC as usual. Did for me.
