Having an issue on my hunter where I can’t seem to recraft my embellished bracers to take the embellishment off. I have bought the heavy duty powder stuff, but when I go to recraft, the only options I even see under the “provide optional reagants” section is my enchanted gilded crest. If I try my weapon or cloak I can see the other options as well
Is it just the specific embellishment I have on it? It’s the nerubian deepening darkness embellishment that deals damage but gives a 15% slow. Really at a loss here as I really don’t want to upgrade it to the 675 fortune crafted without removing the embellishment and putting a different one on it first
You can’t click it away, or drop the new embellishment on the old one?
Vambraces of Deepening Darkness is an embellished piece where the embellishment is part of the craft itself. The embellishment cannot be removed and you cannot set its stats.

Sad as it is to say you may need to build brand new vambraces as I don’t think you can remove that one
You have to use griftah’s vanishing powder or whatever it’s called in the embellishment slot. No idea if it works for crafts that come with an embellishment though.
Once again this is not possible to remove with the powder for this craft, vambraces of Deepening Darkness. This particular craft has the embellishment intrinsically. It is not an added embellishment.
