Unable to progress the War Within Campaign "Poking the Spider Nest" not showing up

Poking the Spider Nest is the quest that im supposed to do in order to progress in the campaign. However it’s not available to me. Im level 79, I tried to get this quest at level 73. What in TF is going on?

I’m having this issue now too. Can’t progress or do anything. Anyone have any ideas/a fix?

I contacted GMs and they we’re not able to help.
