Unable to progress in Allied Races questline (Alliance)

I decided to try and unlock the new classes for alliance since I’ve finished out the horde races- however, I seem to be hardstuck and cannot start Blood on the Sand “overseas assassination”. I created a DH to do this questline.

  • I have the Heart of Azeroth Necklace

  • I’m friendly with all races in Kul’tiras

  • I have completed Ready for War 3 foothold questlines

  • Magni doesn’t have anymore quests for me

  • Halford Wyrmbane doesn’t have any quests for me

  • I’m level 50

Dragonflight upped the requirement for most of the War Campaign quests to 60. So, level to 60 and then Uniting Kul Tiras should be available which will get things rolling again.
