Since patch drop I have not been able to pickup the World Soul or Delve weeklies on any of my characters. I have seen this issue stated by multiple players that I have grouped with this week.

/run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(82449)) says true so the game thinks i have done the world soul but i have not. didn’t realize untill your post i never got the delve weekly either.
