Trying to pick up the next quest for the story “To Valdrakken” from Kalecgos, but it won’t allow me to pick it up.

Having the same issue - tried relogging, entering an instance and leaving, abandoning all my other quests in the area, etc. He has a campaign quest marker above his head, but when clicked on, just turns to look at me and then doesn’t say anything and returns to his original position. The last thing I did was watch the cutscene with him and Sindragosa where he activates the Azure Oathstone.

same thing for me, he also has a bar above his head under the quest marker that says blue dragons will arrive in 7 days

I am also having this issue. I’ve completed the prerequisite, Kalecgos has a quest marker above his head, but will not interact with me. I’m now unable to progress to the next part of the campaign.

Guys I unbugged it unintentionally;
I went to Valdrakken last week before I hit LvL 70 to get PvP quests, and what happened is that a few minutes ago I hearthstoned to Valdrakken and the quest simply popped on my screen

I got the quest just now as well when I flew to Thaldraszus, so that seems to be a workaround in the meantime

Same issue.
It’s stopped working again. The ? shows up on the mini-map for turn in, but there’s no way to do that now. Tried porting as well. Finished Blue Dragon End - nothing.
