In the “He who walks in the light” quest line, I completed “Repurposing their village” quest but did not get the “Fog of war” quest. Anyone have any ideas?
Have you also done Dark Iron Machinations? It’s also required for Fog of War.
I didn’t get that quest or any object to mark with, and if I go to Stormwind and talk to Shaw in the SI:7 building he has nothing to say.
There’s a comment on the Wowhead page for that quest that lists Shaw’s coordinates at 31.03 29.55 if you missed the initial quest pick up.
That looks like it would put him about where the pin on this map is near the Necropolis (assuming I managed to use the Wowhead map tool correctly):
