An example is Skeletal Tail Bones.
Another is Shattered Crystals.
Item is highlighted. Hovering the mouse over the treasure does not offer the ability to interact, nor does the interact key pick up the treasure.
I’ve disabled all addons, logged out and back in, left the area and come back. This did not make the treasure retrievable. Other players are discovering these treasures and are also unable to pick them up.
YouTube videos show players picking these items up on the PTR, so I’m assuming these are intended to be looted.

Some are just not showing up, In phase diving and Regular world
Same issue here skeletal bones and tumbling treasure were unclickable for me. Ancient coffer is completely missing.
Same, at the bones now and cant click them or anything. They are clearly visible and purple highlight.
I’ve also had the problem with the bones as well as with the vase in the cave and the Tumbled Package outside of Tax
It’s just like the situation with the Kobold Pickaxe from Isle of Dorn all over again. I hope they fix everything soon. Regarding the Ancient Coffer, you can see the book that needs to be collected, but you can’t click on it. Additionally, the Submerged Bottle isn’t showing up at all, making it impossible to complete the Ancient Coffer until they resolve these issues or it somehow resolves itself.

Oddly enough i was ABLE to click and loot the skeletal bones, but can not click on 2 of the tumbled packages… also can’t see ancient coffer in any phase/phasedive/war mode/not warmode/100% quests complete/0% quests complete alt… it shows on map but it seems like it is INSIDE the wall of the tower.
This seems to be what it is; the first time I saw the bones I wasn’t able to interact with them, but when I saw them a bit later I was able to. I’m now staring at the Tumbled Package but unable to loot it. Feels very bad and I hope they change it soon.
Oh good, I thought it was just me who was unable to click on the bones & other things. Glad to know it is a known glitch & not just my game being weird.
This particular treasure has prerequisites before it appears. You need to collect a few items from karesh first.

The Ancient Coffer requires you pick up an abandoned book and a submerged bottle first, then you can open the coffer on top of the tower and get the battle pet.
