Unable to Pick Up Breadcrumb Restless Dead Quest

I am unable to pick up the quest from Tizzy GearJolt Restless dead…breadcrumb quest for pet dungeon Stratholme

Quest name: Restless Dead
Issue: Tizzy Gearjolt does not have the quest for me.
Tizzy has no quest for me to do Stratholme and therefore I’m locked out of the next as this is pre-req for pet dungeon BRD. My character is 120 I have completed Deadmines, WC, and Gnomer multiple times I have hundreds of lvl 25 pets. I have the pro pet achievement. I can’t figure out why I can’t pick up this breadcrumb quest. Pls Advise.

I picked up the quest and accidently abandoned it. Now I can’t get it back. Someone please help :frowning:
