Unable to Patch as not an Administrator Bug is Back

This wonderful bug is back.

I was playing last night fine and now this morning I am greeted on all three computers with the notice that I need to update WoW, but the update fails because I need to be logged in as an administrator.

Two are running Windows 10, one is a brand new machine (less than 30 days old) running Windows 11.

Installed game version: 11.0.2.56819
No system updates to any of the computers in the three days.

I tried uninstalling Battle.net, rebooting the computer, then reinstalling Battle.net.
I tried manually taking control of the game folders and sub folders.
I tried a scan and repair, and it gives a message of looks like something broke without even starting.
Verified logged in accounts are Admins.
Created new Admin accounts on all computers.
Verified Security exemptions are in place.
Ran a full virus and malware scan.

About the only thing on the list I haven’t tried is wiping WoW from all three computers and reinstalling the game.

Anyone else experiencing this crud?

Edit 1:
At 0715 PDT, the Battle.net app is now saying the WoW patch is waiting on another update even though WoW is the only installed game.

Edit 2:
As of 0723, the Windows 11 computer issue simply disappeared and allowed me to launch the game on that computer. My two Windows 10 computers are still showing the error message and unable to patch.
