Unable to participate in discussions

I just reactivated by account 2 or 3 days ago and noticed today that I still cannot post on any of the forums that require an active sub. Is this a known issue? Just curious.

Sometimes it takes some time for updates to subscription status to get from the main game/account servers to the web services machines.

Also, you should log out of forums and back in, because changes in account status often don’t update without a fresh forum login.

It’s been a week now and this, along with the customer service forum, are the only two forums I have “Reply” available. Is there a problem you haven’t told me about?

I was able to fix this issue by logging out of the forums and logging back in.

Rebooted my computer fully dozens of times and logged back in without any success. Assumed that logging in anytime after a reboot would suffice. Went ahead and manually logged out of the website and then logged back in after a daily restart. It seems to be working now. Who knew that it had to be manually logged out to get it to update? :laughing:
