After navigating to the Support page at the top-right of this page, I’m unable to find any option labeled “Open a ticket”. It’s just a bunch of links to third party websites.
Since I am unable to open a ticket, here is my issue:
I clicked the statue in Bastion to give me the 30 minute buff required for the Sundancer encounter in an attempt to kill it for the mount. Upon using the Skystrider Glider which is also required to start the Sunstrider encounter, I was unable to click on Sundancer. The green arrow that normally pops up to get in a vehicle didn’t show up, and my item was wasted.
I understand I won’t be able to get a refund for the gold I spent on the Skystrider Glider, it would be silly to ask for a refund. I am curious if it’s possible to replace the Skystrider Glider because it bugged out when I used it and didn’t let me start the encounter.
If I clicked the Skystrider Glider and just “missed” the mount, I wouldn’t be upset. I’d buy a new one and try again. However, when I used the Skystrider Glider, I was unable to click on Sundancer at all to start the encounter which leads me to believe the item is bugged or the encounter is bugged.
