Even after disabling addons I cannot mouse over and view or compare item info for things in my bags. I can still see mouseover items in my keyring or my bank/gbank but nothing in my inventory.
Looks like I still had bistooltip enabled and that was causing the issue.
Also reporting that its BIS tooltip causing this.
