Used to work before. Nothing has changed on my end. No banking issues. There is no issue on my end.
Yet for whatever reason I now get “Something went wrong” error. When attempting a 2nd payment option (the one I use to pay my sub with so I know it works with blizz), I get a “Opps! Looks like you just purchased this product…” error even though the previous purchase attempt clearly didn’t succeed.
Worst case scenario, I’d go ahead and at the very least get a ticket in under Purchase Failure so you’re in the queue. They can see whats going on on the back end of things, and you may get it resolved there before one of our SFAs can get to it in the morning.
Another thing you can try too is an incognito tab/browser window, if you haven’t already? Or through mobile? Sometimes going through those gets it working.
