Unable to make Cloth bracers from crafting orders

Anytime I see a cloth bracer order I just get a black and
grey screen when attempting to fulfill the order.

I said so in another bug report thread, will repeat here: Having the same issue for weeks (Warm Sunrise Bracers). Have missed out on thousands of gold due to this. Submitted bug report in game weeks ago, nothing has been fixed to date. I have the recipe, was experiencing this bug for these bracers before I spec’d into the recipe. It appears to have been an issue since early launch (if not at launch).

Replying to add after seeing an order for the duskweave bracers, I’m having the same issue as the Dawnweave bracers.

I’m having the same issue. Sunset and Sunrise bracer orders show a blank screen when the crafter clicks into the order. Please fix asap.

Can you try and obtain information on the exact materials and quality levels they created the order with?

It’s actually a UI bug. When a crafter clicks on the order, the screen goes completely grey on the next window. The only way to get out of it is to press ESC or to click a different tab at the bottom of the crafter window.

After today’s maintenance, this is still an issue.

I don’t know if you recall, but this was also a bug for a while in Dragonflight.

At the time, I believed they said it was an item that had been crafted, but it hadn’t cleared from the UI, which caused an error when you clicked on it, because it wasn’t actually there.

Perhaps the same issue?

This does not fix it. I’ve done as you suggested many times. It’s still a grey, blank screen.

Been experiencing this since launch as well, and thought it was just a bugged ui if you didn’t know the recipe. But now that I know the recipe I STILL cannot craft these for anyone.

Public/guild/private orders all show me a blank screen for JUST this item.

Reloading ui, changing characters, changing professions, and addon removal doesnt fix. Not going to do a full reinstall to check (for a single crafted item), but Id assume that doesnt work either.

I think the default assumption for us to make, for ANY issues in-game currently, assuming we’ve ruled out an addon issue, is that it is a Blizzard bug.

No point raising a ticket as they cannot fix nor seem able to forward bug reports - although they might just be able to tell you if they’re aware of it from previous tickets/bug reports.

No point raising in the forums because all CS can do is repeat the same things.

You could try submitting a bug report in-game … but I’ve reported bugs years ago that are still there, so I’m not sure what the point of that is, anymore, either. Or perhaps they’re prioritising certain bugs over others and the ones I report just aren’t important enough.

This (bug report forum) is the avenue to report bugs, they dont accept bug reports in game or in CS. So just post here and hope it gets seen (which is a 50/50 if they act on it or not since there’s no communication).

Why do you think they don’t accept bug reports in-game? There’s literally an option in-game to do just that. Or do you mean they don’t LOOK at bug reports raised in-game?

Ah, I used to always be redirected to reporting bugs on the forums when using the help options in game.

Still better to post here for more visibility, and a lot of times it all allows others to do some troubleshooting with you (or really just see that they arent going nuts and others are experiencing it too).

Still Broken as of today. Can’t make any public bracer work orders.

Yeah there really has to be a way in-game … because EU and other areas don’t actually have a bug report forum.

Getting back on topic … I had two of these bracers that were bugging out, in the last couple of days. Can hope they’ve fixed it with reset (I’m in EU and our reset was this morning - in order to post on the US forums I had to create and part level a character on a US realm).

Back to the top, still having this issue.

Same. I deliberately don’t click on any work orders for purple bracers anymore … so if others are doing the same, I suspect any genuine work order requests are going to sit there for a while.

Checked again today still broken.
