Macro is /cast [nomod]…;[mod]Elysian Decree
No solutions from other threads have worked. Shift-clicking the talent from the spellbook, adding () to the end, everything just gives the same “You are in the wrong zone” error. Not even currently in the Kyrian covenant.

Same. Cannot use @player - “You are in the wrong zone”. Help! Plz fix before arena starts 
Sad blizz still hasn’t addressed this! Please fix Blizz, it’s been weeks since launch! At least provide an update regarding the issue so we know you’ve acknowledged it!
Im getting the same problem…**it doesnt fix itself unless i go to orgrimmar then go BACK to valdrakken. I log out and it doesnt work again. I’ve had this problem for a month by now…did blizzard employees all die?
-Edit- So that temp fix only works for Vengeance DH’s not Havoc
-Edit Edit - The precise sigils/Concentrated sigils talent is what screws up Elysian Decree for me in Havoc. I remove that talent and Elysian Decree works fine in macros.
I had the same issue happen today. I was able to get it working again and still being able to use “precise sigils” talent. Are y’all using an AddOn to creat and hold macros?
