I am unable to loot the Cache of Cosmic Mysteries chest for the very last Secret of Azeroth. I haven’t had any problems until now.
I click the orb to get the quest
Hang around the top of the structure for the optional “Inspect” quest check.
Kill the two NPCs that come up.
Loot the orb.
Place the orb into the socket.
Chest appears.
Can retrieve the orb.
Cannot loot the chest.
The “Interact” Icon is completely greyed out like I’m out of range of the chest and so cannot loot it. I have abandoned and re-accepted the quest to no effect.
I DID leave the Tyrhold area because somehow I got locked in combat with something, and so couldn’t mount at all.
