I was able to log into both Classic WotLK and retail Dragonflight last night but when I tired logging into Classic, I encountered this error on login, WOW51900331. I am able to log into retail Dragonflight just fine but even after logging out of battle.net and logging back in I have not been able to log into Classic. I double checked and I still have an active subscription. Any thoughts what else this might be or how I can fix it? I tried to submit a ticket but it seems very convoluted.
Make sure you are logging into the right account for wow classic. If you have multiple accounts make sure the active wow account is selected in the blizzard app then select the wow classic version.
