I currently have an open ticket for this issue but was asked by support staff to list my issue here if my issue was not resolved.
My ol’ reliable physical authenticator recently showed signs it was on it’s last legs by flashing “BATT 00” on the screen when attempting to get a code for login after one of the DDOS attacks. Due to this, I removed it and replaced it with the mobile app authenticator. I’ve had the mobile authenticator for a few weeks now.
I haven’t had any issues until the last few days when I attempted to list a key in the Dungeon Finder in-game. Normally, I don’t list keys for my groups and another person generally does it. However, I had lead and so was asked to find two more DPS for a Priory key which was not mine. After changing the dungeon, difficulty, and title for the listing, I attempted to hit “List Group”. Nothing happened. No listing, no error.
Since then, I have followed the steps given to me by support staff which includes:
“Can’t Create Custom Groups Using Group Finder” (Article ID: 299796)
and
“Resetting the WoW User Interface” (Article ID: 7549)
Both of which do not resolve the issue. I have also recently been updated in my ticket that an addon called “Premade Group Finder” may cause issues but this is not an addon that I use or have installed.
