since last update io lost hearthsones to garrison and dalaran im stuck in bastian and cant get to oribus for a portal
The hearthstones to your garrison and dalaran are in your toy tab now. Pull them out and put them on a tool bar, or use them from your journal.

i opened toy chest only found bastian i must be doing something wrong
Check your Toy Box Filter (top right), use the drop down and make sure Sources and Expansion are set to Check All. If the expansion or source is unchecked they won’t show in your Toy Box.
