Requires level 1 Shadowlands tailoring and level 48 to wear. I have level 100 Shadowlands tailoring and am level 58. When I try to learn the recipe I get the error “Your level is too low to use that item”

I just got the pattern on my lvl 60 with shadow lands tailoring 75. I was able to learn the pattern (it even went in the chat log) but the tailoring screens shows “recipe unlearned.”
