I’m on a character that was max level prior to pre-patch.
I’m trying to learn Legion inscription and I don’t get the option from Professor Pallin in Dalaran.
One question are you in the right Dalaran?

Yeah. I am in Legion Dalaran.
Professor Pallin has a recipe available that I am unable learn because I can’t train Legion Inscription.

I don’t have the quest available. It is not in my QL, etc.
Do you have low lvl quest tracking turned on so you see the ! above the Professor’s head?

I don’t, but it doesn’t matter. When I click on him there is no available quests.
It looks like I have already done the quest, but still can’t learn anything.

I guess at some point I dropped Insciption on this toon. I was able to get it back by buying the book to relearn Legion Inscription.
