So I had created a new character to run through War Within I powerleveled with the pre-launch event, and then started the new expansion. I decided to train skinning and leatherworking and am able to train the skills for all of the other expansions except Legion.
For whatever reasons the trainers in Broken Shore Dalaran will not offer it, I’ve even tried buying the forgotten technique tomes, only for it to not allow me to use it. I can’t even go to Chromie to try and timerun it as I’m above the level threshold. Sure I known its old content but it makes me feel like my profession on the new character is incomplete.
I am going by memory here and might be wrong. The legion profs and recipes were learned through a quest specific to each profs. So maybe enable trivial q? See if they got a quests to start the chains?
