Good news! The second part of the pastebin went through moderation and it’s public now. I’ve pasted it in an incognito browser and got to it fine, you can look at it here!
I don’t see any errors specific to Overwatch. Can you run a DxDiag and export that onto Pastebin also?
In the meantime, there are tons of errors related to Windows and the Windows shell (the visual part of Windows). Have you repaired Windows? Or checked the storage disk for errors? The errors are direct crashes being reported for several of the Windows features and services.
I also noticed the Epic Games Launcher opening on Windows startup. Does it have an anti-cheat that is blocking WoW maybe?
Sure no problem, here’s the DxDiag you asked for! I’ve not repaired windows but I’m more than happy to do so, and normally I have the Epic Games Launcher set to not launch on startup, but I must have forgotten to change that when I switched over to the new computer. Feel free to let me know if you spot any problems in the DxDiag paste, and sorry for the late reply
It appears your GPU drivers are considerably old.

I thought you did the basic troubleshooting steps already, but I recommend updating those.
Additionally, Windows says it has several failed updates. Manually check for them.
That could very well be the issue…I feel silly that checking that slipped my mind. One thing I did happen to catch was last night before I had to reinstall Overwatch: checking the files in explorer and looking at the Overwatch application, the one to launch the game, the icon for it was missing, instead of having the Overwatch logo. When I tried to launch it from that application it gave me an error message, though I can’t recall what it said exactly. Hopefully it is just a driver or windows update issue and I can simply take care of things that way. Are there any other things you would like me to check or anything you’d recommend I do? I’m hoping come Tuesday this issue will be resolved, thank you for all your help
Can’t think of anything else at the moment. If you respond and don’t hear from me for a few days, I’m dealing with Hurricane Milton.
So good news and bad news, the good news is that WoW hasn’t needed any reinstalling these last two tuesdays. Could possibly be because of driver updates, which I feel silly about not checking that first. Though, I suppose Overwatch had a recent update, about 6 GBs and I decided to update that and now it’s facing that same problem again. I tried to scan and repair and it still won’t launch, when I go into windows explorer I go into the retail folder for Overwatch and try to directly launch it from there, however the application says it cannot run on my PC. “To find a version for your PC, check with the software publisher”. I’m not sure what could cause this issue, and I’m a bit worried I may have to reinstall WoW with the next update coming out soon Hope you are well and safe from the hurricane, thank you for any help!
Just returning from 8 days without electricity, and some of those without running water as well. The camping experience inside my home wasn’t to my liking.
I had a random thought about this: Are you using a Windows Insider build? Or in that program?
No, no insider build. Just Windows 11 Home.
Hey Mogwaí, are you still experiencing this issue?
Hi Elocin! I wasn’t this previous Tuesday, but today, there was a small patch for my game and it suddenly is having the issue again. I’m really unsure what could be causing the issue at this point
