My Paladin toon which is an enchanter cannot interact with the item “Flash Frozen Scroll” for enchanting knowledge. Not clickable or even using the interact with mouseover key.
some items are gated behind quests or rep go to wowhead.com to look up the item incase it’s locked behind something
Yes, but this is only locked behind being 25 level enchanting which I am over.
