Despite already completing quest line and obtaining a Worldbreaker Membership some days ago, I can no longer interact with the Dealer Vexil NPC to grab a replacement membership to farm Magmotes. Already gained access to trade with them 2-3 days ago and had been able to purchase memberships, but can no longer do so as of today. Cave mobs and trader now show as Hostile.

Same issue here. Anyone know why?
Seems like after they did that maintenance the other day it got messed up. I have been trying on my main to buy something from him that only he sells but can’t interact and everything is hostile again.
Was working fine after I had access but now it isn’t. I would buy from the AH but the cost from him is 3g each and the people are selling it on the AH for 1k each.

I cant interact with him at all? I did the quest chain/all the prerequisites and spoke to him the other day as well like most of you. What gives?? Anyone figure out whats wrong with this yet?
I am having same issue yesterday I bought membership logged off after farming about 150 motes and now the debuff is gone and everything is hostile to me and I cant speak with Dealer Verix.

Bump this needs to be resolved.
Not a bug it’s just not clear how to get a new membership… First choose which black dragon to champion at the Obsidian citadel for the week. Then gather key framing and key fragments from the area to craft a key. Once you have a key go to Igys the Believer -Endbringer Herald- 32/53 . Once there turn in the repeatable quest for a Twilight cache that has a chance to give you a new membership that lasts 2 days.

I can’t interact with Igys the Believer either and I’m not sure why. I have a key to turn in to her and she’s orange but if I talk to her she just tells me “Our progress is substantial, the end shall be here soon.”

Does the work breaker membership have to be active to interact?
If so that’s stupid because the vendor sells them
You do have to have the World Breaker Membership active to interact with him. Just tested it out.
However, you can keep a membership in your bags for when it expires. So as long as you purchase one while active, you can keep repeating, not having to turn in a key for a chance to get the Membership in the Twilight Cache
This is just a guess but maybe Igys is tied to completing “The Shadow of His Wings” Quest line. Would make sense to have unlocked it once first. Again just a guess but hope it helps. 
From my experience you just have to loot a membership from one of Igys the Believer’s Twilight caches, and then you can interact with Dealer Verix even without consuming the Worldbreaker Membership. But you cannot buy a second membership until you apply the first one. You can only have one membership in your bags at a time.
Edit: And i can’t remember the name of the quests, but each week to be able to turn in a new key to Igys, I’ve had to complete Disarming Behavior and also one other quest that I can’t find the name for, that an NPC next to Igys gives, where you kill another elite upstairs in the same cave as Disarming Behavior. The second quest was only available to me after completing Disarming Behavior. Then I was able to turn in a key to Igys for a chance at Twilight Cache. And it may take more than one key, but in my experience the drop rate for Worldbreaker Membership is pretty high.
And yes, I do believe that “The Shadow of His Wings” quest line, as stated above, must be completed first. But I had already completed it before I started my Magmote farming, so I can’t say for sure. But if you still can’t interact after completing what I stated above…that is your best bet.
Same here. Just tried again today and can’t interact with him.
I have the same issue…completed the quest and all and now im not able to interact with him at all. Was there a way to fix this?
So there’s an actual mechanic here for this, you have to finish the world quest by giving one key to either Wrathion or Sabellian. After that, you will be able to interact with Dealer Vexil or Igys the Believer.
