I’ve downloaded the battle.net desktop application on this brand new PC I just built. When trying to install any game client (WoW, Diablo IV, etc.) I hit the “install” button on the client and it just spins and spins without being able to actually install the game.
I’ve disabled Norton Internet Security’s Firewall and Program blocking functions. I’ve also enabled all known TCP/UDP ports for the client to function and still not having any success.
Reboot computer.
Run Battle.exe as Administrator of the computer.
The Battle.net launcher is not WoW, so you won’t get much support here.
It does have its own dedicated support forum, however.
