Nathanos is simply AWOL and not on top of the wall. There is nobody to hand the quest in to, and as such, its not possible to get the Heart of Azeroth.

Me three. He was there yesterday but it was too buggy and laggy to do te quests and today gone
The Battle for Lorderon quest/scenario was removed from the game in the pre-patch. You can talk to an npc to re-experience the scenario portion, but the quest itself is useless and can’t be turned in.
Then how are we supposed to get our necks?
Just hit 50 and got the magni quest for neck.
