The new weekly quest show on my map but the npc’s don’t have any quest to offer, also i can t abandon any old quest.

Which specific old quests can’t you abandon.
I am having the same issue. I have a quest for 3 delves from last week and another weekly quest that are complete. I cant turn them in and the map shows this weeks quests but I cant get them, and i cannot abandon last weeks quests from my quest log
