Unable to get to the Rogues Artifact Weapon table

Past several years on various occasions i have tried to get to the Rogues Class Hall Artifact weapon table but the Gate thats in front of it wont open for me and the times ive been able to jump over it i cant interact with the table. I have had all 3 spec artifact weapons equiped and still nothing. My charector im having these issues on is Celticlore on Hellscream.

As I go near the gate thats in front of the Rogues Legion Class Hall Artifact Weapon table it refuses to open and the few times I am able to jump over it the table is not interatable. I weould love to farm for the Color varitions and appreances im still able to grab.

There seems to have been a lot of things that broke as part of TWW prepatch event which prevented Rogues from going down to the Order Hall for a time.

I’m pretty sure you dont think you need the table for that. Just do whats required and it unlocks the xmog.

Only thing I have ever used that table for since legion is to preview colour variants and requirements. You can just use wowhead for that though.
