Unable to get refund on Captured Flame companion.
I bought the Captured Flame companion and tried to use and it told me i already knew it. So, I tried to get a refund from the vendor who sold it to me a few minutes before.
It said, "Are you sure you wish to get a refund of 350 burning blossom for the following item. I clicked the yes button. Error message “Sorry, unable to refund that item.” I even tried it with all addons disabled. same error message.
I’m having the same issue. I tried reloading, removing bag addons, and logging out/in.
