Unable to get achievement The Flame Warden.
Unable to get quest Ahune, the Frost Lord to be able to get achievement “Ice the Frost Lord” which is required for “The Flame Warden”

I have done all quests to be able to get to Ahune, the Frost lord, but UNABLE To get it.
I have visited EVERY Earthen Elder and it’s not available from anyone. Only queue that doesn’t work.
Quests:
- Unusual Activity - Kill Twilight Hammer’s members in the Zoram Strand in Ashenvale until Twilight Correspondence
- An Innocent Disguise - Use the Orb of the Crawler, follow the blue torches north to (9,12)
- Inform the Elder - Travel to a capital city and speak to the Earthen Ring Elder.
- Ahune, the Frost Lord - Turn in at Luma Skymother. (STUCK HERE, UNABLE TO GET)
- Ahune is Here! - Turn in at Luma Skymother.
- Summon Ahune - Turn in at Luma Skymother.
Earthen Elders have an option to “Queue for The Frost Lord Ahune battle” but that just queues me for a regular dungeon.
In Dungeon Finder, I don’t see the Slave Pens available - NONE of the Colifang Reservoir are available to me. When I try to walk in the Slave Pens dungeon the quest is still unavailable and no Ahune.
