To be clear, I didn’t tell you, either explicitly or implicitly, that you should post here. I suggested that you check this thread for information, as it seems to directly relate to your issue. And I only made that suggestion after making you aware of the aptly-named Bug Report forum.

i had the same issue happen on my paladin while i was leveling him up, and re-logging always fixed it for me.
After i hit 120 i never faced the issue again, not even once.
Update!!!
After some digging around and a clued in GM it is confirmed that the issue is overcrowding in zones causing all these bugs.
I can confirm this as the last time it happened i was farming rep in booty bay on my pally and the battle ground popped. As soon as i zoned into the battle ground my issue went away (when i left the crowded zone)
UI resets all though they seem to help fix the issue it is not a permanent solution as it comes back since its a blizzard server issue.
