I need to get to Dalaran for TWW from Searing Gorge yet the portal has disappeared. Same in Stormwind City.
Try the portal in SW to Aszuna, then fly up to Dalaran.
You should have a Dalaran Hearthstone in your toy tab.
Either of the two posts above are your answer:
- If you have done the appropriate quests in Legion you should have a Dalaran hearthstone in your toybox to get there.
If for some reason you don’t have the hearthstone…
- Go to your capital city, find the portal to Aszuna, take it then you can fly to Dalaran.

If you have already been there once and gone into the void and finished that area she says to go to Dragon Blight which is the old Dalaran from the Wrath of the Lich King you will need to take the Crystalforest Dalaran portal in org.
Also having this issue with my DH, the dalaran hearthstone is bricked, but the solutions presented by others did work. Porting to Azsuna then flying to Dalaran did allow me to get there pretty quickly.
