My horde to alliance faction change wont finish after hitting done. Just stays on that screen forever.

Yeah, I’m not seeing anything recent on that one.
We’ve been having some character service issues so I suspect that is at the root of this.
Have you done a full reboot - both game and launcher? This might be an update issue showing it’s working, when it’s not.
It could also be because of current issues.
I’d give this a day or two and recheck it. I know they’ve been working diligently to get all the character issues sorted.

Is this immediately after attempting to apply a faction change to a character? Because just yesterday I had my first one fizzle and later on was credited with a faction change to use on that char in particular, which went through.

Yest it was. After maintenance today, it gets stuck even earlier and never enters the customization screen.

I am experiencing the same thing-doesn’t even get to customisation screen.
They said this was going to be fixed last reset…now another reset has gone by with no fix

Also having issues, I select the char to apply faction change to (yes the toon is eligible) and after i hit accept nothing happens… I’ve tried logging in and out and restarting ect ect…

It seems the services are having the same issues as 6 days ago. Im trying to make a race change but nothing happens after hit OK button.

This is happening to me as well, gets stuck on “You’ll customize your character in the next step.”
Trying to go Horde to Alliance, if that matters.

I am experiencing the same problem with realm transfers. I set the correct realm, hit next and then there is no option to continue or finalize the process. Game is busted.

Please fix ASAP or offer refunds. And for titan’s sake, cancel the option to purchase character services until the issue is fixed. This is so sketchy.
No one here can do.anything you sugggested.
Why? There is a sale going on. There is no reason to disable the ability to purchase services since the tokens will be there whenever they’re ready to be used. Yes, it would be wonderful if they’ve put the warnings back up on the launcher and other typical spots as they had last week.
