I logged in today and my PvP rank increased to Rank 3, however I am unable to equip the Insignia of the Horde I keep getting an error message saying I don’t have the required rank to equip this item. The insignia requires rank 2, so I’m not sure what’s going on here. I was really looking forward to being able to use the trinket and am now disappointed 
Also the bracers and cloak I should be able to equip and get the same error message
