My professions:
Herbalism equipped: Artisan gardening Hat, Floral Basket, Proficient Sickle
Alchemy equipped: Weavercloth Alchemist’s Robe, Hasty Alchemist’s Mixing Rod
When trying to equip a 4th profession accessory, Apothecary’s Cap to alchemy, I get an error saying “You can only equip 1 item in the head category”. Reached out to support & the GM told me there’s no reported issue like this and nothing can be done. This bug means I need to unequip the head profession gear from one profession to equip it to the other, never having both equipped.

No, as in my 4th accessory total – not tools. 2 in each profession. I can unequip the Artisan Gardening Hat from herbalism to equip the alchemy cap and vice versa.
Same here. Will I have to race swap my alchy/herbalists to two-headed ogres? That will put a damper on my class fantasy very hard!
This is also happening to me. Herbalist/Alchemist, can only equip one of those profession headgear items at any one time and have to swap between them.

Same and never had this issue in Dragonflight. Alchemy/herbalist.

This is still going and a very annoying issue that should be an easy fix for them. Im surprised more people arent reporting this.
