Unable to enter the Dark Portal

When entering the dark portal it states Transfer Aborted: Instance not found. I have done every recommended step to fix this issue:

• Removed all addons
• Renamed Files
• Restarted Router
• /release, renew, flush dns
• I even have used a different internet connection

Nothing works, and so far I have seen around 6 players try and enter the portal and all have the same issue.

I also checked a normal instance (Stockades), can enter just fine.

World Server Down

I can’t log onto my shaman, who is residing in Hellfire. Every time I try and log on, “World Server” is down. It’s been like this for quite sometime. For a huge company like Blizzard and after a lot of years in the making, why are you having so many problems.
