Hi I stand at the entrance of Halls of Stone or Halls of Lightning and i am unable to enter its like hitting a wall. I changed the difficulty, reset the instance and logged out and in and no success. My character is Gottolurveit from Calestrasze. I am in a group by myself.
You are likely being phased by some part of the Hunter class quest chain to get Hati. Some of this happens at the entrance to Ulduar and affects those other entrances.

It appers that the Shadow Hunter quest is not finished. Vol’jin, Son of Sen’jin is the quest I am stuck on. I can’t light the fire. Yes I am exalted Zandarli. I have relogged… I have zoned out I have waited 5 minutes and I still cant finish this quest. Can you help ?
This has been reported as bugged currently. I did it a long time ago and don’t remember any issues then so something must have broken it in the latest build. You may just have to wait until they fix it, although you can try ticketing it and see what a GM will do for you.
I tried the ticketing system they said its a known bug. However even after abandoning the quest Im still phased and missing out on content, especially in ICC, I cant do some argent tornament quests. I cant do the dungeons on the raid in that zone either … I am annoyed. I asked if they could just complete the quest so I can move on and they tell me just raise a bug… Sigh… Please see this !!!
