I cannot use mouse to drag the window in game to adjust it’s position, such as dungen finder, map, etc.
Any idea which setting could unlock these windows’ position?
Which menu? You may need MoveAnything (addon), as some windows are locked in their positions.

Kraya - Please add what version of the game you’re currently running as retail has and uses a different system to adjust your UI windows in game. Just making sure we’re on the same page and I’ve wanted to do a write up about this new setup but haven’t had a chance.
Thank you for the reminding, I’ve move post to the correct category. The issue I’m countering is all of the windows are locked. Such as when I hit M to open the map, I cannot move the map window’s postion.
I’m running the version 10.2.5, and have disabled all the addons
Most of the windows aren’t draggable by default. You can move some UI elements around in Edit Mode but that’s mostly it.
You’ll need an addon such as https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/blizzmove to enable that functionality.
