Assuming this is due to massive amounts of people trying to download, but putting this thread here saying for the last 3 hours, my download has been sitting at 0% “Initializing download”. Restarted bnet. I need to be in that queue! I tried posting this in the Bug report forum but i dont see a way to create a topic.
I don’t know if it’s possible given your situation, but you might try a scan and repair.
same thing happened to me, fix is to reboot your machine and then it will work

Close out the launcher, and go into your task manager and manually shut down Battle.net’s Update Agent. This usually works for me.

Hey this worked for me! Thanks a lot, kind stranger. I figured it was due to too many people trying to get on! Haven’t had that issue before, but will keep in mind.
Yes that’s a good one. Also remember a standard reset and cache folder delete is a good way to fix things…
I closed battlenet from the task manager, but restarting would have likely solved this as well! Thanks.
