Ive tried countless name and character look options and am still get the Error occured message when trying to complete a faction change

Once a Orc… Always a ugly Orc…, Sorry man it’s over.
Just paid for 3 server xfers and 3 faction changes (Horde → Alliance) today. The xfers went through but so far I’ve only been able to get one faction change done. The two others keep saying “An error was encountered. Please come back later.” I’ve tried maybe 5x with the 2 problem characters, came back later and tried a few more times but it’s still not working.
You don’t leave horde.
blizz sucks dont give them no more money. They do not deserve it.

It turns out the 2 chars that couldn’t do the faction change needed to be logged into… and one had mail even though I had just xferred it so it shouldn’t have had any mail.
