Unable to copy characters after server restart yesterday

As the title suggests I am unable to copy any characters to the PTR ever since the PTR server restart that happened yesterday.

Before that I was able to copy any of my characters, as many times as I wanted.

Now none of my characters show up on the list at all and when I try clicking “Copy Account Data” I get an error message saying “Copy failed”

Same. It was working before the restart.

Just ran into this. PTR is just in really really bad shape right now.

the lag on PTR is really bad too

I’m sure once they get back from their Thanksgiving break it will be addressed. As much as I want to play the PTR they should enjoy their time off.
