Unable to continue The Trhone of Zuldazar questline

I finished the False Prophecies quest, which gave me the Portents and Prophecies achievement but I am unable to get the quest to continue the storyline.

Upon checking my Achievements I noticed that the The Throne of Zuldazar Achievement had two items marked as completed: Portents and Prophecies and Web of Lies, which is weird because of the storyline. After I submited a ticket for support, my Achievement list changed, now I have marked as completed Portents and Prophecies and Port of Zandalar but I have not done a single quest of the port of zandalar achievement. I have tried to find the quest for starting the The Zanchulli Council and Warport Rastari but I am unable to get any quest. PLEASE HELP!!

Questlines after “Port of Zandalar” :
If you can’t start “Warport Rastari” try doing the “Port of Zandalar” quests as a last resort which is going to Yazma at the port (she is by the giant pterrordax) and doing “The Word of Zul” and then “Punishment of Tal’aman” and those after to complete it and then start “Warport Rastari” by doing the “Port in Peril” quest.

The Zanchuli Council usually starts at the top of Dazar’alor in Zanchuli with the first quest being “Forbidden Practices”
