So, this may just be me, and is meant to happen, so I figured I’d post about this anyway and find out.
I completed a chapter in chains of domination, and as always, the map says “get to [x] renown to continue the campaign.”
This time around, it was renown 52, of which I got to. No chapter actually became available. I checked the map again, and it now says renown 56. I get there, still, no new chapter. I just completed getting to renown 56, and out of curiosity, I check again. It now says I need to get to renown 58.
Is anyone else experiencing this, and is there anything I can do?
You need to complete the entirety of the 9.0 covenant campaign to continue the Chains of Domination campaign past the first couple quests.
You mean the campaign that comes with which covenant you pick? I focused on that when it first came out, that campaign has been finished for me.

From what I could see about your quest completion through Wowhead, the last quest you completed was Defending the Vault.
In the campaign, the next quest should be A Cry From The Heart.
Just in case it still hasn’t popped for you, some suggestions from Wowhead:
I also experienced same issue with you, I’m on renown 61, complete all the 9.0 covenant campaign but stuck on 5/9 chapters and it says “earn renown 58 to continue the campaign”. the next quest should be “dreadlords!” part of the unseen guests chapter.
I am having the exact same issue. Did you find a fix?
