This worked for me!

netsh int ipv4 set glob defaultcurhoplimit=128 <- for Windows
sudo sysctl net.ipv4.ip_default_ttl=128 <- For linux

I won’t even pretend to understand what that does, but I saw it working for others there, so I thought I’d share it

It didn’t work for me still can’t get in.

did the command and rebooted PC. still not able to get to Character selection screen. disconnect code (WOW51900328)
